Silvia Egea counts with a Doctoral degree or PhD in Information Sciences under the Business and Administration program for Information and Communication Companies issued by Complutense University of Madrid. In addition to the latter, Silvia also has a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing and e-commerce by EAE Business School, as well as an additional Master’s Degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication by Complutense University of Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Audiovisual communication, also issued by UCM. In regards to her professional career, it has mainly focused on Corporate communication and awareness with more than 12 years of experience planning and supporting communication and 360º marketing strategies (both in traditional and digital media) for well known companies inside the service industry/sector, geared towards results and the improvement of customer experience.
Silvia has developed her profesional career at well known companies such as: Pepsi, Pullmantur, Europcar, Seur, Amazon, Groupon, Foster Hollywood y Domino`s Pizza, among others.
At the current date Silvia is responsible for Marketing and Communication Management at Clinical Trainers holding the position of postgraduate instructor as well as participating in various seminars and practical sessions at the University Master’s in profesional Multimedia Journalism issued by UCM.
Being passionate about new technologies, Silvia also develops her experience as a digital consultant in the areas of online reputation, community and crisis management. Silvia is versatile, creative, proactive and resolute with social skills, considerable analytical capacities and vocation to lead.
