Doctor Summa Cum Laude in Communication from the University of Navarra (2005) and Master’s in Media Management from the same university. He has enrolled in several general management programs in various premiere business schools, such as IMD Lausanne (2011) and Chicago Booth School of Business (2013). He has also completed the “International Visitors Leadership Program” -on diplomacy, global affairs and global leadership- at Meridian Global Center in Washington D.C. In addition, he spent a four-month research stay at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School (July-October 2011).

From 2000 to 2008 he served as a financial journalist and editor in chief in various financial newspapers and magazines on issues related to management and the business school sector. From that moment on, it enters the management consulting sector and that of business schools. Since then, he has been Director of Communication and Sustainability at Deusto Business School, strategic advisor of management teams and business schools in Spain and Latin America, and professor at several universities and business schools. Among other roles, between 2015 and 2017 he was Senior Advisor to the dean and Director of Executive Education at EGADE Business School, Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico). Since 2017, he is the director of LeaderactiON, a business education and management consulting firm, and serves as a professor at various universities and business schools. At LeaderactiON he has advised executives, deans, vice deans and academic directors in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He is also a regular speaker at conferences and congresses on leadership and the future of business schools worldwide.

As a renown expert in the business school and executive education sector worldwide, since 2010 he has been acting as a speaker and panelist in many international conferences held by the major business school organisms and accreditation bodies (AACSB, EFMD, CLADEA, UNICON, and PRME).
