PhD in Management of International Organizations from the University of Valencia. She currently researches and collaborates with various institutions in Spain, USA and Latin America in her areas of expertise, particularly in the responsible management of organizations with a global and systemic approach from the sciences of complexity. He also directs the non-profit organization ETHOSYA (USA) and advises on New Economies, Triple Impact Enterprises and Circular Economy.

Professional Career

Verónica Medaura holds a Ph.D. in International Organizations Management from the University of Valencia, Spain (2013); obtaining that same year the award: "Best National Doctoral Thesis Proposal in Business Management 2012- 2013" (awarded by the Scientific Association of Business Economics and Management - ACEDE, Spain). She holds a Master's Degree in Creation and Management of Innovative Companies from the University of Valencia, Spain (2011); Postgraduate studies in Competency-Based Training (higher level) from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina and O.I.T., Turin Headquarters (2007) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina (1997).

She currently researches and collaborates with various institutions in Spain, the USA, and Latin America in her areas of expertise, particularly in the responsible management of organizations with a global and systemic approach from the Sciences of Complexity. He also directs the non-profit organization ETHOSYA (USA) and advises on New Economies, Triple Impact Enterprises, and Circular Economy. Since 2004 he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, including thesis direction, in the area of Management and Strategic Management of International Organizations at Universities in Argentina, the USA, and, currently, Spain.

She has more than twenty years of professional experience in the private sector, managing projects in institutions such as Banco de la Nación Argentina and Banco de Mendoza (leading teams of Reengineering and Quality, with Citibank methodology); tax and financial advice in H&R Block (USA) and as co-founder of V&T Group (USA) startup communications area. In Spain, from 2010 to 2013, she advised Startup for the acceleration of Business angels and Venture Capital financing (Yarakseed & SeedRocket).

She has participated in neuromarketing and augmented reality projects for the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain (INNpacto-2011 Program) and has been part of the research team of the Business Management Department of the University of Valencia, Spain; Project: Spillovers from Multinational Companies -the impact of institutional context and ethical business practices in Emerging Economies- (Quantitative research by Panel Data analysis) - (U.V, 2010-2015). Currently, he teaches courses and lectures internationally, in addition to participating in projects of the Center for Prospective Studies of the Faculty of Political Science of the National University of Cuyo (C.E.P. - U.N.C.), Argentina, and The Millennium Project (TMP, USA).
