He holds a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Environment from the Federal University of Pará, Brazil. He has acted as a lawyer and legal advisor for public and private entities, professor of Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, and Human Rights.

Law graduate since 2005, worked as General Counsel of the City Hall of some Brazilian municipalities. Duties:   Legal advice to municipal administrative bodies; drafting and analysis of contracts and bids; defense of the interests of the city council in trials of first and second instance.

He has been Legal Coordinator of the Department of Commerce, Industry, Mining, Economic Development and Sustainability of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Pará, Brazil. Functions:  Legal advice related to bidding processes and contracts; drafting of regulations and decrees related to the area of industry, commerce, sustainable development, and mining of the Autonomous Community of Pará. Member of the evaluation commission for the competitive examination for the position of Chief of Police of the Autonomous Community of Pará. (2013). Area: Criminal Procedural Law.

Legal advisor to the Union of Public Officials of Garrafão do Norte-PA, Brazil. Functions: Responsible for the elaboration of the Statute of the Union; defense of the interests of the associates before the Public Administration and in trials of first and second instance.
